Our Story
Three Pillars Goods and Services LLC is a single member ,woman-owned business established in 2023. The owner saw a diamond in the rough in the empty building at Lincoln's New Salem State Historic Site. It is a family business that aims to provide extraordinary retail gifts and souvenirs that will leave a lasting lasting impression on customers and provide them a token of family memories, American history and the homesteading lifestyle. The Eatery, will give guests and the community a place to gather and enjoy some "honestly good" food and faire.
Our Mission
At Railsplitter Gifts and Eatery, our objectives are to launch a fully-operational retail store, e-commerce and cafe that features a unique blend of sustainable and affordable gift items and simple delicious foods to the local community and historical site visitors. Through our business, we hope to foster a culture of sustainability by incorporating innovative and eco-friendly practices, supporting of and sourcing from local businesses and not for profits, and educating on the importance of reducing environmental impact through sharing simple everyday practices and the frontier lifestyle, while also giving back to the community.
